Application:

Used as heat insulation material of high-temperature vacuum furnace, used as reinforcement material, and made carbon/carbon composite material.

Features:

  • Small volume ratio: the volume ratio of our special carbon felt is 0.08-0.12g / cm3, the general acrylic carbon felt volume ratio is 0.15-0.17 g / cm3, the same specification of carbon felt is lighter;
  • High strength: The production process and method are improved. The fiber is oxidized and drawn, the strength is ≥200Mpa, and the Acrylic fiber fineness is 1.22dtex, much smaller than ordinary acrylic, so the fiber strength of the felt raw material before carbonization is increased.
  • During further high-temperature carbonization, the shrinkage and weight loss are less than about 50% of ordinary acrylic carbon felt, and the width reaches 1.50 meters.
  • Carbon felt is soft: flexible, foldable, and not easily deformed by twisting.
  • Clean Appearance: the carbon felt has no carbon black appearance, and will not produce carbon foam and carbon slag due to operation, and is not prone to harsh environmental problems.
  • According to the customer's purpose, it can produce the carbon felt of its related industries (for structural materials, thermal insulation, conductive).
